Salary: Up to £34,797
Responsible for: Leading the team in proactively ensuring the therapeutic care of the children and young people within our care. This will be achieved by working in a positive, respectful, safe and empowering way with all young people in order to promote good relationships and encourage their achievements. The role does involve shift work.
Qualities: You must be able to support, motivate and lead by example by providing your team with the help and development they require, you will enable them to work together to provide a high quality care experience for children and young people and to do so in a consistent manner, always looking to improve and develop. A good communicator and relationship builder with a high level of emotional awareness, able to use initiative and act in a confident and resourceful way. Ability to prioritise workload and balance the varying demands on their time:
Qualifications: A relevant qualification in Social Work/Social Care, eg SVQ4, HNC, Dip in Social Work.
Location: Queensferry (near Edinburgh)
