Care Support Worker
Location: Newcastle Upon Tyne

Salary: £6.50 per hour (plus travel)

Responsible for: The provision of high quality, flexible and safe person centred care to adults, children and young people. This can be in their homes and in the community. This may include practical, emotional and personal care with an emphasis on helping clients achieve a fulfilling life and maintain their independence wherever possible. Adhere to Care Visions At Home policies and procedures, Care Quality Commission standards, legislative requirements and any other relevant regulations.Undertaking training and development required to achieve and maintain core care skills and standards.
Working with: Clients and other professionals to support the individual to achieve the outcomes in their personal care plans as appropriate to each individual.
Qualifications: Experience not necessary but successful applicants must be willing to work towards NVQ Level 2 within the first 2 year of employment.
