Residential Child Care Workers: on a Full Time/ Part Time/ Sessional basis located areas across Central Belt of Scotland for areas around Glasgow, Cambuslang, Killearn, Linlithgow, Kirkcaldy, Stirling, Lanark and Aberdeenshire and Dumfries & Galloway.

Salary scale: RCCW £15,165 to £22,900

                      Senior Practitioners £23,786 to £26,819

As part of the team you will play an essential role in making a positive difference to young people’s lives; providing effective individualised care through the development of professional effective relationships. You will be compassionate, have a genuine enthusiasm and an interest in working with young people. A relevant qualification would be an advantage however full training and support will be provided.

Driving will form a substantial part of this role therefore a full driving licence is essential. Access to a vehicle will be necessary for commuting due to the rural location of many of our services. Shift work and regular sleep overs are a vital part of the role.

All posts will be subject to two satisfactory references and an Enhanced Disclosure check from Disclosure Scotland.

All care staff are required to be registered with the SSSC within 6 months of their start date.
