Due to further expansion and development of our services we are looking for motivated and talented people to come and join us. You would be working for Scotland’s largest, independent provider of small group residential care solutions for children and young people who have experienced significant trauma, abuse and neglect.

Established in 1998, our vision is to deliver the best child centred, individual care. We believe and know from experience that small, high quality residential care can prove to be a positive option for young people with profound attachment difficulties.

We are a vibrant and exciting organisation to work for. We are committed to providing innovative care to exceptional standards and delivering improved outcomes to young people with very complex needs and extremely challenging behaviours. We provide high quality training and supervision for our staff in delivering these aims.

We now require enthusiastic and experienced professionals and practitioners to assist us in the development of services in Dumfries & Galloway and Central Belt.

You will be emotionally resilient  and able to demonstrate innovative practice as well as a genuine commitment to meeting the needs of the children and young people we look after. A relevant qualification would be an advantage.
