We will arrange an initial chat with you so that you can feel at ease and learn more about how we can help you.  We will then work with you in designing and delivering a care package that is specifically suited to your needs and budget.

At a glance the process works like this:

Step 1: Get in touch and we’ll have initial talk with you and/or family members to better understand your circumstances and requirement for care and support.

Step 2:  This would be followed up by a more formal self assessment of your specific needs undertaken in your own home.

Step 3:  We can then work on your behalf with other care agencies including local authorities and GPs to make sure we are implementing a care package that meets all your needs.

Step 4:  We’ll put in place appropriate care staff not just in terms of skills but also in terms of personality, culture and background.  We feel this is important so that you receive care that you are comfortable with and are happy with whom you have in your home.

Ongoing:  We review your care plan with you regularly and update as appropriate so that your care and support continues to be helpful and effective.
