All of our care and support workers have been through a stringent recruitment process such as enhanced criminal record (ECRB) checks and protection of vulnerable adults (POVA) checks, references and interviews and thorough training before we allow them to deliver your care.
Quality: We are registered with the Care Commission as a provider of domiciliary care and received 2 stars in our first inspection (the highest you can be awarded for a first inspection). All of our staff work to the regulatory Codes of Practice and are members of the UK Home Care Council (UKHCC), the UK Home Care Association (UKHCA) and UK Quality Care Systems (UKQCS)
