 Become a care support worker

Although at times challenging, being a care support worker is extremely rewarding and requires staff with a range of positive attributes and qualities, including high levels of self-awareness, warmth, resilience and emotional intelligence. We therefore seek to employ people who are positive and passionate about what they do and committed to the needs of other.

All Care Visions At Home staff receive regular supervision, the opportunity to attend training updates on a planned basis and work towards a recognised vocational qualification in care.

We offer good rates of pay, flexible hours and formal training programmes (currently NVQ Level II, and III which is due to be replaced by the QCF, Qualifications and Credit Framework).
